The Manchester attack is a most horrible and insane incursion into our society and highlights that there are a small number of people in this world whose lives are dominated by destructive intentions which they justify by some twisted purpose and inner turmoil.
That such individuals can harbour such a world view is an aberration which all good minded people abhor and, as can be seen from the response to this atrocity, the innate goodness in each of us and willingness to help outshines the darkness of this act.
As with all other faiths we offer our condolences to all those affected and our support to all those who take the view that such utter negativity can and will be opposed and overcome so that we can altogether rise to and create a better world.
