The UK Ministerial Conference to promote freedom of religion or belief will be held on the 5th and 6th July in London. It will host representatives from the governments of more than 60 countries around the world and is strong initiative to improve religious tolerance and understanding and take positive steps to address discrimination.

Civil society groups are an integral part of this movement and there will be many events held surrounding the conference itself, many of them in different places around London.

The All Faiths Network is holding one of these events where speakers from different religions will cover the issues of discrimination against Ahmadiyya Moslems, Sikhs, Uighurs, Rohingya and a focus on what the European anticult movement has to do with religious persecution in China and Russia.

The event is being held at St. Ethelberga’s Church Centre for Reconciliation and Peace (in the Bedouin tent) from 6.30pm – 9.30pm on the 4th July.

The address is 78 Bishopsgate, London EC2N 4AG.

Please let me know if you are interested to attend as seating is limited.
